BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE BOWL

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas 

1 cup frozen mixed berries 

1 tbsp hemp seeds 

2 tbsp coconut yoghurt 

1 tbsp coconut milk or water 


  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into bowls and top with your favourite selection of fruit, nuts, seeds or granola.
