YOUR LOCAL YOGA, PILATES AND BARRE STUDIOS
TRUNK is a place for real people. We celebrate diversity and have actively created an encouraging community where people talk to each other. Our local yoga, pilates and barre studios welcome each and every individual no matter your experience, fitness level, gender, ethnicity or age. We want everyone to feel inspired and that they belong.
Understanding the busy lifestyle we all lead and the importance of having a judgement-free escape is one of the foundations TRUNK was created on. We want all of our students to feel connected, happy, refreshed and rejuvenated. We encourage you to be unique, be jolly, be loud, be different and be whoever you want to be!
At TRUNK we feel strongly that practicing yoga, pilates and barre is for everyone, despite the common misconception that you need to be fit, flexible and supple to start. Our supportive teachers are there to guide you during the classes, offering advice and corrections throughout.
A NOTE FROM TRUNK STUDIOS FOUNDER, RIMA
In 2017, I decided I wanted to create a studio where beginners from all walks of life could come together and practice without being judged. Back then, the industry felt very elite and I didn’t feel as though I was fitting in. I knew that if I created a studio that was my own, I could mould it on the foundations and values that were important to me. A place where you could meet new people and make new friends. A studio with a connected community.
Being a student myself, I found a lot of classes I was taking were quite full and I noticed students weren’t receiving the amount of attention they needed to really further their practice. This is why all of the classes at TRUNK are capped with low numbers, ensuring each individual is practicing correctly and safely while improving with every class.
I really look forward to growing the studios. Adding more classes, building on our workshops and expanding our passionate community.
OUR STUDIOS
Our studios can be found in Dulwich Hill, Camperdown and Mascot. We are surrounded by a like-minded community, including our collaboration program partners who offer special deals and promotions to TRUNK members.
