NOURISHING MAMA'S SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen berries

1 tsp Maca powder

3/4 cup organic full cream milk

2 tbsp Greek yoghurt (unflavoured)

1 tbsp soaked chia seeds

1 tbsp collagen - optional

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
