We are excited to announce we will soon be offering Reformer Pilates classes commencing mid October. There will be 22 classes dedicated to Reformer Pilates each week.

To celebrate this offer, we are offering a Full Studio Membership for $55 as a Pre Opening Special! This includes unlimited classes.

Our special offer is only available until the 19th October, or until capacity is reached. Our Full Studio Membership will then revert to the normal price of $65.

 

Inclusions

  • Access to all Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes.

  • Semi private classes with a max of 6 clients per class.

  • Experienced teachers to support and guide you through the classes.

The classes

Reformer Pilates
22 classes per week Monday through to Saturday.

Mat Classes (Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre)
33 classes per week Monday through to Sunday.

Posture is at the root of good health. During a Reformer Pilates class, your muscles contract to keep you balanced throughout the movements, thus improving your stability and creating better posture and alignment.

Reformer Pilates slowly transitions between controlled movements, engaging and stretching your muscles as you try to maintain your balance.

The focused practice of breathing helps calm the mind and get you into a more rhythmic flow, improving mental health.

Reformer Pilates for Pregnancy

Reformer Pilates provides a safe option for staying healthy and active while pregnant. The low impact nature is perfect for swollen joints, the pelvic floor exercises will help during childbirth and the core work will help ease back pain.

Exercising during your pregnancy will maintain a base level of tone and fitness, helping your body to snap back more easily after pregnancy.

Reformer Pilates Launch Event

To celebrate the addition of Reformer Pilates to our studio, we are holding an open day where you can come and try our classes for free. The invite is open to anyone who would like to come and we would love to see you all there! To attend please create a profile and book yourself into any class for that day.

There will also be prizes to win as well as food and bubbles between 11am and 1pm. We can’t wait to see you!
